Stoate becomes first MP to hold debate on Concentrated Solar Power
Dartford MP Dr Howard Stoate has become the first Member of Parliament to hold a debate on the role of Concentrated Solar Power in meeting Britain's future renewable energy needs.  Dr Stoate obtained an adjournment debate with Energy Minister Malcolm Wicks in which he urged the Govenment to carryout further investigation into the merits of the technology.
