MP expresses serious reservations over planned development in Bean

Following a number of complaints from local residents, Dr Stoate has expressed his concerns about a proposed development between Drudgeon Way and Beacon Drive in Bean, which would see twelve 3 bedroom properties being built.

Dr Stoate said,"I do not believe that this development can be considered suitable for this area, particularly given the number of properties proposed and the size of the actual site.  I have contacted the Council's planning department and expressed my concerns on behalf of a number of cosntituents who also feel that this development is simply not suitable."
